If the performance is a sell-out we may be able to look at a refund providing we can re-sell your tickets. Ticket exchanges are only possible for shows with multiple performances. The doors to the theatre will open at 6pm for evening performances, or 1 hour before matinee and Sunday performances. The doors to the auditorium will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance is due to start. Yes, everyone who attends a performance will need a ticket. We offer a FREE ‘babes in arms’ ticket for under-2s who sit on an adult’s lap. Any children over this age will need a paid ticket.
