Can I get a refund? No, unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable unless in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled performance. If the performance is a sell-out we may be able to look at a refund providing we can re sell your tickets.
Can I exchange my tickets for another show? Ticket exchanges are only possible for shows with multiple performances. You are able to exchange your tickets for the same show but on a different day for a fee of £1 per ticket.
I have lost my tickets, what do I do? Log in to your online account here (make clickable to log in page) and download your e-tickets. Any problems, please contact the box office.
How long will the show last? Approximate running times are stated on the show homepage where possible. Alternatively, ask the box office when you arrive for a more accurate time.
Do you have a lift? No, unfortunately due to the nature of our building we do not have a lift. If you are needing advice on which seats would be most accessible to you, please contact our Box Office
What time can I get into the theatre? The doors to the Theatre will open at 6pm for evening performances or 1 hour before matinee and Sunday performances.
What time will I be able to sit in my seat? The doors to the auditorium will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance is due to start.
Do I need a ticket for my baby? Yes, everyone who attends a performance will need a ticket. We offer a FREE ‘babes in arms’ ticket for under 2s who wish to sit on an adult’s lap. Any children over this age will need a paid ticket. Babes in arms tickets can only be added to your order through the box office, either give them a call on 01709 823621 or send an email to theatre.tickets@rotherham.gov.uk with your order reference.
Is there an age limit for performances? Yes, some performances come with age guidance which will be stated on the show’s homepage. If you are unsure if a performance will be suitable, please contact the box office.
