Customer feedback and complaints

Rotherham Civic Theatre is committed to providing a fantastic customer experience for everybody attending the theatre.

We strive to provide the highest standards of service and want to know if this isn’t the case. If a customer is unhappy with any aspect of their visit to Rotherham Civic Theatre, we would encourage them to speak to a member of the team at the time so the issue can be dealt with immediately.

When we receive a complaint, we will:

  • Ensure that complaints are investigated and resolved quickly and effectively
  • Learn from the complaint, and improve the service for the future
  • Ensure that everybody at Rotherham Civic Theatre know what to do when they get a complaint
